ROLLING ACRES WAS THE PLACE TO BE!
After 40 years, Roland and Sherry Augspurger & Tuck and Mary Blackstone, have decided to retire from hosting the Rolling Acres Craft Shows.
We will always treasure memory's from our shows.
Thank you to all the exhibitor's who worked hard to make wonderful crafts to display and sell. Without all of you, our shows wouldn't of been the great success they were!
To our visitors, we will be forever grateful for your support over the years! Our grandchildren were always lending us a hand: building straw tunnels, dipping ice cream, working on the grill, and even washing dishes.
Our shows were a family venture, working together long hours decorating, setting up the grounds, or making homemade food.
To my husband and best friend, Rolly, thank you for letting me talk you into running craft shows and then working so hard to make our dreams come true!
Mary, our daughter, was always wearing a smile, as she greeted guests to our show. In the kitchen she knew how to keep the roosters of chicken noodle soup made, as our guests cried for more.
Our son in law, Tuck, didn't know when he said, "I do.", it meant working endless hours along side Mary.
Friendships were renewed each year, as friends gathered to help run the weekend shows. We were the Rolling Acres Team!
I will always remember my mom, Mary, working at the main entrance of the show taking money. I know she did it for me!
Last September, we learned Rolly had cancer. We are walking our journey with God by our side.
Thank you for the many prayers you have said. May our Lord and Savior bless each and everyone of you, as he has blessed us over the years!
